This wine expresses the desire to make an old-vine Touriga Nacional. In a region where the old vineyard is made up of a large group of grape varieties mixed on the same plot, in 2009 we decided to harvest from a single 80-year-old vineyard, which involved making a selection of Touriga Nacional from the large group of grape varieties on that plot. . From this highly selective harvest a classic Touriga Nacional was born, where the entire winemaking process was developed to privilege the exceptional raw material, not using any type of yeast, industrial enzymes or corrections.
